Acceleration: To increase in speed or rate. The rate of change of velocity per unit of time.
Buoyancy: The ability of something to float in water or other fluid.
Drag: The action of pulling something forcefully or with difficulty.
Force: Strength or energy as an attribute of physical action or movement.
Friction: The resistance that one surface or object encounters when moving over another.
Gravity: The force that attracts a body towards the centre of the earth, or towards any other physical body having mass.
Lift: Opposing weight.
Mass: The property of matter that measures its resistance to acceleration. Roughly, the mass of an object is a measure of the number of atoms in it. The basic unit of measurement for mass is the kilogram.
